The Material Science: Engineered for Durability

Our range of polypropylene (PP) films is selected to ensure your product looks as good on the shelf as it did leaving the factory.

50-Micron Premium Clear (Bi-Oriented): This is our "Gold Standard" imported material. Because it is bi-oriented, the molecular structure is stretched in two directions, resulting in unparalleled optical clarity and massive tensile strength. It is the perfect choice for high-end retail where product visibility is the priority.
30 & 40-Micron Cast Extruded: Manufactured through our own extrusion process, these cast films offer a unique technical advantage. While bi-oriented films are stiff, cast PP is more "stretchy," making these bags incredibly durable and resistant to tearing under stress while still providing a clear, professional view of the contents.
25-Micron Specialty: Specifically designed for smaller, lighter items (such as the specialized bags we produce for Croxley blue border labels), this crisp bi-oriented material provides a professional finish without unnecessary bulk.

Customization & Retail Optimization

We don't believe in "one size fits all." Every aspect of our bags can be tailored to your specific supply chain requirements:

Header Strips: We can integrate a polyprop header strip at the top of the bag. These are available as blank, clear, or high-definition prints of up to 4 colors to ensure your branding is front and center.
Display Features: For retail hanging, these headers can be manufactured with or without a Euroslot or precision hole punch.
The "Seal of Security": We offer bags with or without a bottom lip for manual sealing. For self-sealing requirements, we utilize our specialized internal tapes:
- Resealable Tape: Features an antistatic release liner and a peelable adhesive, perfect for textiles or magazines where the customer needs to access the product multiple times.
- Permanent Tape: An aggressive, high-tack strip designed for security. This is the go-to choice when you want to prevent "shelf-swapping" or theft from display bags in high-traffic retail environments.
